Can you give a description of the house, the exhibition spaces and other possibilities?

The townhouse in eclectic style with art nouveau motifs is designed by architect H. Van de Velde in 1914 and centrally situated in Brussels in a residential area near the Cinquantenaire Park and the Royal Military Academy. The house is completely renovated: new roof, front and back sand-blasted and pointed, sand-blasted vaulted old cellars with two spaces to exhibit. Unique ! The ground floor has a spacious and bright exhibition room with large double glazing windows, beautifully decorated high ceilings, automatic electric shutters, alarm system, gas heating and internet connection; next to it there is a second exhibition room with a fully equipped kitchen covered with original wooden floor, a separate storage, a toilet, sink and a small hallway. The vaulted cellars with original tiles have great character and are particularly original as exhibition space!

The exhibition spaces can also be used for workshops, (wine) tastings, chamber music concerts and meetings with small groups.

How does the sales process work via Gallery Louise Linthout Brussels?

The selected artists who wish to exhibit don't pay a commission to the Gallery Louise Linthout but only pay a rent for one or more exhibition spaces for one or more months/years.

Is there free parking nearby the Gallery Louise Linthout?
